With a thunderous roar the mighty Titanic tears apart. The after expansion joint located aft of the third funnel has pulled apart due to the massive strain that has been put on it in raising the after third of the ship out of the water.
Showers of sparks briefly illuminate the scene as the forward section of Titanic, now fully flooded, seperates and begins it's decent to the ocean floor two and a half miles down. The stern section crashes back into the sea causing a huge wave.
Slowly it settles deeper into the sea and begins to flood. Within moments the stern again begins to upend to an almost 90 degree angle. Pausing briefly as those still on board cling to anything and continue to pray for a miracle...
Those in the lifeboats cannot believe the sight they are witnessing.
